Services & Associated Fees:
Adult Chiropractic Adjustment (age 13 and up) – $50
Initial Visit with Initial Exam and Treatment – $80
MVA, Sports Injury, or FDM treatment – $60 established patient visit/$90 initial visit
Child (age 0-12) – $30
Child initial visit (age 0-12) – $50
Established patient exam (new injury or extended length between visits) – $20
Kinesio taping – additional $5 ($15 if taping without other same-day service)

Promotions and deals are available to regular priced patients under the age of 65 and not under Medicare or Medicaid services (per Medicare rules and regulations). WE DO NOT ACCEPT MEDICARE/MEDICAID.
Our office’s billing is insurance friendly, however, we do not bill in or out of network with insurance companies at this time. Full payment is expected at the time services are rendered.
